It wasn't his day, or rather his night.
A 21-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday around 12:30 am in the Rangueil district in Toulouse.
He first climbed the fence of a property, before trying to open the door to the house, to no avail.
The airlift then did the opposite way out of the garden.
But he came across a vigilant neighbor, who had hid to follow his merry-go-round.
The latter controlled the suspect until the arrival of the police, whom he had previously called.
A flowerpot as booty
The arrested young man was walking around with… a flowerpot and a cell phone, declared stolen in November.
Placed in police custody, he was referred this Tuesday morning to the Toulouse prosecutor's office for immediate appearance.
