Last week, Jesper's family appealed the administrative court's ruling that Jesper could be moved to Stenebrunn.

- Around lunch on Friday, we received the message that Kumla municipality intended to continue with the move, says Katharina Fredriksson, Jesper's good man.

But on the same day, the Administrative Court of Appeal in Gothenburg announced that an inhibition decision had been made, ie that Jesper may not be moved to Kumla before the court has made a decision on leave to appeal, ie whether it intends to take up the case or not.

- In the evening, I was called by the unit manager at Stenebrunn who announced that the move of Jesper was interrupted.

Of course it feels good.

We were worried.

The municipality violated the same decision earlier, when the administrative court ruled that he could not be moved before they had fallen there, says Katharina Fredriksson.

Shocked by the municipality's actions

She has repeatedly asked Kumla municipality to take into account the administrative court's ruling.

It says that the move should take as long as Jesper needs, so that he takes as little damage as possible.

- But they have only replied that the move would be completed today.

That's not wise.

When Jesper was to move to Mogård from Gnesta six years ago, the move took a year and it was still very difficult for him.

This time, the move-in has been going on for five weeks.

Katharina is still shocked that Kumla municipality violated the previous inhibition decision from the administrative court.

The decision meant that he was not allowed to move or that schooling was not allowed to begin.

- If a municipality can break a ban on moving without it being punishable, then Jesper and other people in his situation will in practice be outlawed.

Confirms that the move is canceled

Now she and the family hope that the Court of Appeal will soon announce whether they intend to take up Jesper's case.

- If they do not, I will probably lose faith in the legal system.

SVT has sought the social manager Gabriella Mueller Prabin in Kumla for an interview.

She only replies in a text message that the move by Jesper is now interrupted.

SVT has also tried to reach the chair of the social committee, Annica Sjöqvist, who in a text message replies: “This is an individual matter that involves secrecy.

The legal process must have its way and I will not give any comments at present ".
