Berg im Gau (dpa / lby) - In the Upper Bavarian Berg im Gau (district of Neuburg-Schrobenhausen), two people were slightly injured in a house fire.
In addition, there was damage of at least 400,000 euros.
The fire had probably broken out on Sunday night in an extension of the house, the police said.
Then it expanded to the garage and the attic.
When the fire brigade arrived, the house and the outbuildings were in full fire.
The fire in the garage destroyed two cars.
The residents and overnight guests were able to get themselves to safety.
Two of them were taken to hospital with suspected smoke inhalation.
They were still trying to put out the fire.
