Gastronomy, leisure ... Every Sunday, the editorial staff of Europe 1 meets and goes around the table for you to stock up on ideas for outings, with family or friends.

The snow has returned since Friday in the Alps, we land in Courchevel.

This is the opportunity to get rid of the bling-bling image that we have too often.

Courchevel started out as a sports and competition resort.

From the 1930s there were already ski jumping competitions.

And if you are a fan of extreme sensations, there is what it takes with activities that you cannot find in this period in the surrounding valleys.

To begin with, it is not ski jumping, but a baptism of paragliding.

It's magical and much easier to do in winter than in summer, where you have to run.

We take off and land on skis.

It's fluid, it feels like a bird, even to be sitting in the air I would say.

You will not feel dizzy.

The little extras with Courchevel Aventure and Adrénaline Aventure: the instructor suggests that you do a little aerobatics, guide the sail yourself and you leave with the video of your flight.

Afterwards, we keep our feet on the ground, with a whole new concept: the Moonbike.

Explanations with Romain by Bernard Orcel.

"It's hybrid. It looks like a small scooter with a tracked rear, a ski in the front and batteries."

You could compare it to motocross.

It's quite physical, you have to play with one leg as your third point of support.

The speed can go up to 40 km / h.

This year it's in discovery mode, in a closed circuit, but next year, it will be a hike at nightfall, in the fir trees.

There is plenty to have fun.

And then we end up at Praz.

Jean Marc Bel d'Aquaventure equips you.

We go ice diving at Lake Praz.

We equip ourselves at the edge of the hole, we slide in the water, we follow a breadcrumb trail, just under the ice, and there, the air bubbles slide and form patterns.

They look like manta rays, crystal bubbles: it's sublime.

Sleeping in an authentic and accessible Courchevel is possible: I recommend either the Monts Charvin family hotel, or even Greniers mazots for rent.

Marion Sauveur, this Sunday, you celebrate the macaroon.

Yes, this little almond cookie.

I already told you about the Montmorillon macaroon this morning during our walk.

We find this delicacy in many cities of France (Nancy, Amiens, Saint-Emilion) with little subtleties.

But the one I'm talking about today is the Parisian macaroon: with its two shells of smooth and shiny almonds, and stuffed.

This badge was created at the end of the 19th century.

Parisian pastry chefs were already adding jam to assemble the two shells.

It was the pastry chef Gerbet who had the idea to fill the shells with ganache, this mixture of cream and chocolate.

Today, we do not taste this Parisian macaroon only in Paris, but everywhere in France!

And next Saturday, we will celebrate this little cookie with “macaroon day”.

This is the 16th edition.

What is this “macaroon day”?

It is a charitable operation.

The opportunity to combine gluttony with a good deed, by purchasing a box of limited edition macaroons, created only for this day and the sales proceeds are donated to an association.

This association is Zazakely Sambatra.

She is mobilizing for the children and young people of Madagascar.

The box will consist of six macaroons that recall the flavors of the island (chocolate, vanilla, spices, ...) and a signature macaroon from the pastry chef.

Where do we buy this box?

Throughout France, with pastry chefs who are members of Relais Desserts but also within the Pierre Hermé house.

This represents more than 100 pastries throughout France.

Here are some examples :

  • Drôme: Maison Guillet in Romans-sur-Isère and Valence.

In addition to the classic chocolate, vanilla and coffee, it offers a vanilla macaroon with chocolate chips.

  • Hauts-de Seine: Nicolas Bernardé in Bois Colombes.

Its flavors: Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla, Pineapple, Passion fruit chocolate and Coconut passion mango

  • In Nice, Lyon, Strasbourg or Paris, in the Pierre Hermé boutiques.

Several flavors to choose from: Ultime (chocolate biscuit, vanilla and dark chocolate ganache + dark chocolate chips), Vanilla, Passion fruit and milk chocolate ganache (mogador), citrus cream and maquis honey (kallisté ) and ispahan (litchi cream with rose, raspberry confit).

And the new one: Satine garnished with a cream cheese mousseline, orange compote and Passion fruit.

The box is sold from 9 euros.
