Bad Langensalza (dpa) - The handball players of the Thuringian HC have confirmed their good form in the Bundesliga.
Coach Herbert Müller's team celebrated a 31:24 (17:13) home win against Buxtehuder SV on Saturday evening.
The Thuringians have won six of their last seven games.
The best THC thrower in the success over the Buxtehudians, who had won the first leg 20:19, was top scorer Marketa Jerabkova with twelve goals.
The hosts got off to a furious start and quickly took a 7-2 lead.
In the feeling of clear superiority, the Thuringians allowed themselves a lot of lack of concentration and let the BSV come up to two goals in the meantime (21:19).
With a 7: 1 series to 28:20, the THC then made sure things were clear and recorded their fifth home win in a row.
