The defendant asserted that the relationship between him and the plaintiff was an engagement, and that she gave him 341 thousand and 300 dirhams on her own accord as assistance to him for his special circumstances, and he agreed with her that the amount would be paid in monthly installments of 7,000 dirhams per month, and that he paid 85 thousand dirhams, and that he did not fail to pay Installments agreed upon, and due to his financial circumstances, the court is required to reduce the monthly installment.

While the plaintiff denied the documents submitted by the defendant regarding his claim of paying 85,000 dirhams into her account, indicating that the sums were deposited in an account through a deposit machine, and it does not indicate who is the account holder to whom the amount was deposited, and it does not indicate the name of the person who deposited the amount, and the plaintiff does not Learn something about these documents.

The court clarified in the merits of its ruling that the defendant admitted receiving the sum of 341 thousand and 300 dirhams from the plaintiff, and it is proven in papers that he paid 63 thousand and 500 dirhams, as his liability is occupied by an amount of 277 thousand and 800 dirhams in favor of the plaintiff.

The court ruled to oblige the defendant to pay the plaintiff 277 thousand and 800 dirhams, and obligate him to pay the fees and expenses of the case.
