Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo is living a difficult period with Italian club Juventus after the early exit for the third consecutive season from the Champions League, which prompted him to think of an exit gate that could lead him to his old home in Madrid.

Juventus were eliminated from the Champions League final price against Porto on Tuesday, to continue the suffering of the team in the highest competition at the club level, and failed to surpass the quarter-finals for the third season in a row;

That is, since Ronaldo arrived at the team.

This exit doubled Juventus' crisis during this season, as he moved away from retaining the league title in favor of rivals Inter Milan.

With the decline in expected revenues due to these disappointing results, the old lady's club will be forced to make difficult decisions to alleviate its financial crisis, including the sale of its star Ronaldo a year before the end of his contract.

For his part, the Portuguese star is seriously considering leaving the Italian club after an experience that was not successful compared to the expectations that accompanied his arrival in Turin.

The Spanish newspaper MARCA quoted information confirming that Jorge Mendes, Ronaldo's agent, had contacted Real Madrid's management in order to discuss the chances of the Don’s return to the Royal Club.

The newspaper pointed out that despite the return of a warmth in relations between the Real Madrid administration and Ronaldo after the crisis of his departure in 2018;

But returning to Madrid now appears to be a dream that is unlikely to materialize.

It will be difficult for Ronaldo to give up tax concessions in Italy in order to return to Spain, where he has had trouble with the tax authority, and Real Madrid is not in suitable conditions to take care of Ronaldo's salary in the near future.

Most of the reports confirm that Real Madrid President Florentino Perez is heading to conclude huge deals next summer, most notably the contract with Norwegian Erling Haaland or Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, which excludes the option of the Portuguese star returning to Madrid again.
