The meeting pointed out that all local admissions units should further regulate the transfer and admission work.
Enrollment units should strictly follow the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education and formulate their own work adjustment procedures.

Admissions units (including affiliated colleges, departments, and institutes) related transfer work methods and transfer admission list must be submitted to the admissions unit's admission work leading group for review, and reported to the provincial education admissions examination agency for review.
The meeting requested that all local admissions units should further optimize test takers services.
All enrollment units shall publish information such as the time, basic requirements, working procedures, adjustment re-examination methods, contact consultation telephone and other information for accepting candidates' adjustments in the "National Postgraduate Admissions Adjustment Service System" and the unit's website in advance.
It is necessary to promptly and accurately interpret the enrollment policies and regulations and relevant work methods and requirements of the unit, so that candidates are fully aware.
