The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued royal orders yesterday that included the exemption of a number of ministers and officials and the appointment of others, as Dr. Muhammad Saleh bin Taher Benten, Minister of Hajj and Umrah, was exempted from his post, and Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed was assigned to carry out the work of the Minister of Hajj And Umrah in addition to his work as a Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers

The Saudi Press Agency stated that the royal orders also included the termination of the service of His Eminence Sheikh Ibrahim bin Suleiman bin Abdullah Al-Rasheed, President of the Supreme Administrative Court, the appointment of His Excellency Sheikh Ali bin Suleiman bin Ali Al-Sa’awi as head of the Supreme Administrative Court at the rank of a minister, and the exemption of Abdul Hadi bin Ahmed bin Abdul Wahhab Al-Mansouri, head of the Public Authority Civil Aviation Authority from his position, and Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Duaij was appointed as President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation at the rank of Minister.

The orders included the appointment of Abdul Hadi bin Ahmed bin Abdul Wahab Al-Mansouri as assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Executive Affairs at the rank of minister, the dismissal of Muhammad bin Tuwai’a bin Saad Al-Salami, Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, and the appointment of Maher bin Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Qasim as deputy to the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development at the excellent rank.

Abdulaziz bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Arifi was appointed as assistant to the Minister of Transport, at the excellent rank, and Samir bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad al-Tabib was appointed as an advisor at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers at the excellent rank.
