The Black Sea Fleet monitors the actions of the frigate of the Spanish Navy

At the end of February, the Black Sea Fleet followed the minesweepers of the Spanish and Greek navies in the Black Sea.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the alliance has strengthened its presence in the Black Sea in response to Russia's actions in the region.
