Japarov signed a decree on a referendum on April 11 on the Constitution of Kyrgyzstan

“President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed a law on holding a referendum (nationwide vote) on the draft law“ On the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, ”the press service of the head of state said.

Earlier, the deputies of the Kyrgyz parliament supported in the second and third readings a bill providing for a referendum on the draft of the new Constitution on April 11.
