Soyen (dpa) - A cheese dairy from Soyen in Upper Bavaria has recalled three types of cheese.

"Listeria were found in the articles," said the cheese wholesaler Paul Lerchenmüller on Friday.

Affected are "Petit Fleur Camembert", "Kreitaberti" and "Pfefferbert" with a best before date between March 23 and April 7.

The cheeses were sold in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse.

A warning was also published on the Lebensmittelwarnung.de portal.

According to the information, Listeria disease manifests itself within 14 days with diarrhea and fever.

Pregnant women, the elderly and people with a weakened immune system could develop more severe disease with blood poisoning and meningitis.

Even if pregnant women show no symptoms, the unborn child could be harmed.

Those affected should seek medical help.
