The incident occurred around 20.30 on Thursday.
The plaintiff, a man in his 30s, is said to have been beaten by several perpetrators in a parking lot who later left the place on foot.
Police sent several units to the scene.
The affected 30-year-old was later taken to hospital by the patrol and has heard about the incident.

Calls for tips from the public
A preliminary investigation into abuse of the normal degree has been initiated.
