As a police spokeswoman announced, the act happened shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Karl-Arnold-Ring.
The man is said to have fired several shots at the woman.
According to media reports, the shots came after an argument in a high-rise building.
According to the police, the perpetrator and the victim should be known to each other in private.
