The announcement of the motion of censure of the PSOE and Citizens against Fernando López Miras in

the Region of Murcia

, and also in the Murcia City Council, has fallen like a huge jug of cold water on the PP.

That is why both in the regional government and in the national leadership of Genoa PP charge against Inés Arrimadas, whom they describe as irresponsible and accuse of having introduced "the radicals" of Podemos into their government equation.

Not in vain, the

purple ones

are essential for the motion in the Murcia City Council to prosper.

Not so, in principle, in the regional Assembly.

The news has been a

shock

to the

popular

, first of all, because it has taken them by surprise.

And, secondly, because whoever has launched the ordeal has been their preferred partner, with whom they also govern in the

Community of Madrid

,

Castilla y León

and

Andalusia

.

There are three territories in which the instability of Murcia now flies over.

Above all, in Castilla y León, where the PSOE wants to lead another motion of censure, against Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, and needs

orange

votes for it

.

In the Community of Madrid, Cs has so far ruled out the motion, and the PSOE and Más Madrid believe that now the priority should be the fight against the coronavirus.

"The rest of the communities will not be in danger," they point out in the PP, where the Madrid and Castilian-Leon governments do not fear, today.

Although no one would risk discarding it 100%, for the simple reason that now Cs generates distrust in them.

If it succeeds -the numbers give, today-, the regional motion would be a strong blow for Pablo Casado, who would lose one of his five barons and see his strategy of reunification of the center-right handicapped.

López Miras is also one of the two closest to him, along with Isabel Díaz Ayuso.

Not in vain, the current president of Murcia is a person of the highest confidence of the

number two

of the PP, Teodoro García Egea.

With this sea in the background, and given the resonance of the Murcian motion, PP sources value that "it is an agreement of Citizens with PSOE and with United We Can. That is, Arrimadas pacts with Churches. It allows the radicals to govern in Murcia" .

"It is a great irresponsibility," they say in Genoa.

"And it brings enormous instability in the middle of the pandemic for no reason," they underline.

The "moral problem" of Arrimadas

The PP has tweeted a video in which Arrimadas says: "We are focused on saving lives and jobs. Whoever is thinking at this moment about endangering the stability of governments has a moral problem."

To this, the

popular

have added "Murcia is not for sale".

Sources from the government of Fernando López Miras describe the turn of Ciudadanos as "nonsense."

"Arrimadas breaks his word. He said that the agreement would last four years," lament the

popular

.

It should be remembered that in the last meeting of Casado and Arrimadas on the status of their pacts, in 2020, both made "a very positive balance" of "the formulas of the regional and municipal coalition governments," according to a joint statement.

And they highlighted "the capacity for socio-economic management and response" to the pandemic, "anticipating in many cases the action of the Government of Spain."
