As a large country that accounts for one-fifth of the world’s population, China has shaken off absolute poverty, has made great historic achievements in solving the absolute poverty problem that has plagued the Chinese nation for thousands of years, and completed the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development 10 years ahead of schedule. The goal is to make a historic contribution to the eradication of poverty and the realization of peaceful development worldwide.
