Liverpool, already a 2-0 winner in the first leg, qualified for the quarter-finals of the Champions League on Wednesday, beating RB Leipzig in the round of 16 second leg with the same score and with the same scorers, still on the pitch neutral at the Puskas Arena in Budapest.

Jürgen Klopp's men, struggling in the league, winners of the Champions League in 2019 and champions of England last year, again won against the second in the Bundesliga thanks to goals from Mohamed Salah (70th ) and Sadio Mané (74th), the scorers of the first leg.
