Kiel (dpa / lno) - In Schleswig-Holstein, 257 people were newly infected with the corona virus.
This is based on data from the Ministry of Health in Kiel on Wednesday evening (data status: 10.3.).
247 new infections were reported on Tuesday - last Wednesday there were 292. The number of people who died in connection with Covid-19 is now 1,359 - 9 more than on Tuesday.
The seven-day incidence rose slightly and now reaches 46.5 infections per 100,000 inhabitants in one week.
The previous day the value was 46.2.
As of Wednesday, 209 patients were treated in Schleswig-Holstein's hospitals.
Intensive care treatment needed 55 people, 38 of them with ventilation.
It is estimated that 40,100 people have now recovered.
