According to the International Review of Legal Economics IRLE, Professor Ramsey's thesis is considered an official and final publication, and has already been sent to indexing and archiving services.

This is a more specific explanation of Elsevier's position as "final" because Professor Ramsey's thesis has already been published online and has been assigned to the March issue of IRLE.

Unlike publisher Elsevier, IRLE's update to this announcement seems to mean that it has officially announced to the general reader that the publication of this paper has been confirmed.

Experts from all walks of life, including historians, have repeatedly released refutations pointing out the problems of Professor Ramsey's argument and demanded withdrawal of the thesis of the'Gender Agreement of the Pacific War', but it is strong that the paper in question will be included in the printed version of the journal.

In a notice, IRLE said, "The journal is in discussion with the authors regarding concerns about the historical evidence of the paper," and "it has requested'post-publishing comments' from several expert reviewers."

"The online March issue containing this paper is in the process of adding'expression of concern' and other articles," he said. "A printed copy of the journal including the above paper will be published as soon as the work is completed."

This position is expected to bring a rebuttal from the academic community who has pointed out the problems of Professor Ramsey's thesis.
