The neighborhood dispute could have ended badly.

Saturday morning, the police are called to intervene in the district of Saouzelong, in Toulouse.

A man says he was threatened with death by his neighbor, who unsheathed a katana to scare him before entering his apartment.

Once there, members of the anti-crime squad knock on the door of the alleged perpetrator.

When they enter his home, the police discover the famous Japanese sword.

But it's not the only weapon in the 41-year-old's possession.

He also has a 7.65 caliber pistol, without having the weapon port that goes with it.

This is not their only discovery.

The 40-year-old has all the kit for the perfect cannabis grower and his harvest amounts to 550 grams.

Arrested, the latter denied the assault.

Referred, he was sentenced during a plea-guilty hearing to fifteen months in prison, nine of which are closed.

He was left free.
