It is noted that the four leading regions in terms of accessibility are the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Magadan Region, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

As statistics show, residents of these regions have the greatest opportunities to buy an apartment on a mortgage due to relatively high salaries, especially in the autonomous okrugs, and due to low average housing prices, experts say.

Ingushetia, Chechnya, Dagestan, Karachay-Cherkessia, Sevastopol, the Republic of Crimea, the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania, Kabardino-Balkaria and the Republic of Tyva are at the bottom of the rating.
