Munich (dpa / lby) - It is about fraud worth millions in care services in Munich and Augsburg: In three procedural complexes, the Munich I public prosecutor has brought charges of gang and commercial fraud in a large number of cases.
Dozens of nursing staff, doctors and patients were involved in the rip-off, the public prosecutor announced on Tuesday in Munich.
Initially, 13 people are now charged in the three proceedings, but investigations are still ongoing against around 100 other participants.
The charges were brought to Munich I Regional Court and Augsburg Regional Court.
