(Fighting New Coronary Pneumonia) Malaysia's new confirmed cases in a single day hit the lowest record this year

The Malaysian health department reported on the 9th that as of 12 noon that day, the country had newly confirmed 1,280 new cases of new coronary pneumonia in the past 24 hours, setting a record for the lowest number of new confirmed cases in a single day this year.

This is also the fourth consecutive day in Malaysia that the number of new confirmed cases in a single day has remained below 2,000.
Up to now, Malaysia has a total of 316,269 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia and a total of 1,186 deaths.
The Malaysian government launched the new crown pneumonia vaccination work on February 24.
According to the person in charge of relevant departments in Malaysia, as of March 8, more than 166,000 people in the country had received the first dose of the new crown pneumonia vaccine; as of 3 pm on the 9th, more than 4.4 million people had completed the vaccination registration work, accounting for the country. The total population exceeds 13%.
The Chinese Embassy in Malaysia also notified on the 9th that the Malaysian government has promised that the scope of new crown vaccination will cover non-Malaysian citizens.
The embassy is communicating with relevant departments of the Malaysian government to vaccinate Chinese citizens in Malaysia who are willing to vaccinate as soon as possible on a voluntary basis.
Chinese citizens in Malaysia who intend to be vaccinated can register and fill in their personal information as soon as possible according to the application channels announced by the Malaysian side.
