The "rigorous" investigations, carried out by the Lyon police for a month, made it possible to arrest a 42-year-old man suspected of theft.

The facts date back to February 2.

That day, the individual, unfavorably known to the police, allegedly made heavy advances to a young man who was waiting for his bus in the Vaise district.

The victim initially firmly indicated that she was not interested.

What earned him to be copiously insulted, the suspect spreading homophobic insults, indicates the Sûreté du Rhône.

Prevented from getting on the bus

Somehow, the young man tried to escape this grip by getting on the bus.

But the forties restrained him by force, preventing him from boarding the vehicle.

Blows were even exchanged before the boy noticed his watch had been stolen.

The suspect, who denied the facts, is to be tried on Tuesday in immediate appearance.
