Will the European Union become an “LGBTIQ zone of freedom”?
This is the proposal which is debated and voted on this Wednesday and Thursday in the European Parliament.
A resolution to fight against the increase in cases of discrimination against lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer and intersex people, especially in Poland where more than a hundred counties, regions and municipalities have declared themselves "free from the LGBT ideology ”.

The resolution points to increasing cases of discrimination and aggression in Poland as well as unjustified trials.
Bartosz Staszewski is one of the LGBT activists being sued.

According to the NGO Ilga-Europe, Poland is the worst country in which to live for the LGBT community in the European Union.
