Bernburg (dpa / sa) - The state ordinance has cleared the way for culture: Some museums in Saxony-Anhalt open to visitors this week after being closed for months, while others need a significantly longer lead time.
Saxony-Anhalt's Museum Association recommends those who are hungry for culture: “Anyone wishing to visit a museum must inform and register in advance in the coming weeks.
That is not always easy, not even for some museums, but this is the only way that museums can open up at all. "
The association is confident that all houses will deal responsibly with the situation, said managing director Danny Könnicke on Tuesday.
It applies that museums and exhibitions are allowed to reopen if the seven-day incidence is below 100, i.e. less than 100 out of 100,000 residents have been newly infected with the corona virus within seven days.
According to the Robert Koch Institute, the value as of Tuesday morning was 88.6.
The nationwide average was 67.5.
Museum visitors must register in advance by telephone, email or e-ticketing.

The houses need an approved hygiene concept.
