Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - Due to the approval of the vaccine from Astrazeneca, many more people in Baden-Württemberg are now entitled to vaccinate.
From now on, everyone over the age of 70, many people with previous illnesses such as cancer or an organ transplant, as well as midwives, educators and teachers over the age of 65 can be vaccinated, as the Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday.
The new regulation means that around 1.7 million people in Baden-Württemberg are also entitled to vaccinate.
However, patience is still required when making appointments.
The vaccine was still scarce in March.
There is no choice in the vaccine.
