Calw (dpa / lsw) - All shops in the Calw district have been open since Tuesday, although the so-called seven-day incidence is actually over 50 per 100,000 inhabitants.

According to its own statements, the Calw district office relies on an "adjusted incidence" and the state's current Corona ordinance.

It states that "when assessing the incidence values, the health department can adequately take into account the diffusivity of the infection process".

The infection process in the district can be limited in significant parts and is therefore not diffuse, the health department announced on Monday.

The authority has excluded outbreaks that can be localized well - for example, "secured chains of infection with well-tracked contact persons," said a spokeswoman on Tuesday.

The so-called adjusted incidence is therefore below 50 for five days in a row. The shops in the 25 municipalities of the district should therefore be open.
