During the National People's Congress this year, Cheng Ping, a representative of the National People's Congress and president of Zhongkai Agricultural Engineering College, put on a dark pink suit.

In contrast to the many dark suits, she looked beautiful and upright in front of the Great Hall of the People.

"I think in the new era, women need to have such a style-to bring beauty to society. The beauty of appearance, the beauty of clothing, the beauty of words and deeds..." Cheng Ping said with a smile, men's suits seem to have not changed much. There are many types of female formal wear, with more colors.

Some people may say that female public figures should dress seriously and low-key, but she insists-women in all walks of life should show femininity, and at the same time "should be "rigid" and can be "rigid" at work.

On the 8th International Working Women’s Day, there are many discussions on the Internet about gender differences in education and the qualities of men and women.

Cheng Ping and Chen Haiyi, a female NPC representative from the legal field, have ideal female images in their minds.

As for what an ideal female image is, Cheng Ping's answer is that she can fulfill the requirements of her duties well in every position and bring happiness to the people around her.

Chen Haiyi, deputy to the National People's Congress, is the head of the Juvenile Family Tribunal of the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court.

She is quite proud of the gentle and loving qualities of women, which she believes makes her a better "judge mother" when helping and teaching minors.

Chen Haiyi said with a smile that in the Juvenile Family Tribunal, women are no longer "half the sky", and 20 of the 26 colleagues are women.

She said that if you talk about criminal judges, you might think that men have an advantage in the past; but from the perspective of work experience, many female criminal judges are no different from male judges in thinking about the law and handling cases decisively.

She said that compared with the generation of mothers, contemporary women have clearer self-seeking.

In her mind, she is the most appropriate and intellectual ideal woman who knows what she wants in her family and career and can take care of it.

Because it is not easy to "consider", Cheng Ping hopes to call for more care and development space for women on International Women's Day.

She said that men should bear equal responsibility for housework and children's education.

And women who are aspiring to career development should not just rely on the care policy; at all stages of life, they should be self-reliant and not lose the pace of work.

After coming to Zhongkai College of Agricultural Engineering, Cheng Ping inspired herself with the example of the first principal He Xiangning.

"Look at He Xiangning's paintings. There are plum blossoms and tigers. They are both rigid and soft. There are some outstanding qualities common to men and women, which can be seen in these women."

At this year's National Two Sessions, the Central Committee of the Peasants and Workers Party proposed a proposal to build a Chinese Outstanding Women Museum to showcase the historical stories of outstanding Chinese women and the development and progress of Chinese women's cause.

Chen Haiyi said that if such a museum is built, the first thing she thinks of recommending is Zhang Guimei, the principal of Lijiang Huaping Girls’ High School who has only recently been known to rewrite the fate of many mountain girls in Yunnan.
