Kiel (dpa / lno) - The state government has ordered more than 1.2 million corona self-tests.
A larger part of it will be available for the students, said Education Minister Karin Prien (CDU) on Monday.
Starting next week at the earliest, there should be initial offers for self-tests in schools.
Initially, they are aimed primarily at the graduating classes and older students.
"The test offer for teachers has been running for two weeks and has been well received," said Prien.
Last week there were 14 positive corona self-tests by teachers in Kiel, which were not confirmed in PCR tests.
"We will hear of false corona cases more often in the future."
