Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - The retail sector in Baden-Württemberg is responding with relief to the relaxation of the corona restrictions.

"This is definitely a step forward," said the general manager of the trade association, Sabine Hagmann.

Where the so-called seven-day incidence is stable at below 50, shops have been allowed to reopen completely since Monday - but subject to conditions such as a mask requirement and a limit on the number of customers.

If the incidence is up to 100, you can at least make an appointment for shopping (Click & Meet).

The trade would have wished for regulations that are independent of the incidence - but that's the way it is.

"Overall, I think we are on the right track," said Hagmann.
