And companies have an interest in it: according to several studies, companies headed by women are on average much more efficient than those managed by men.
An observation made in particular by the Women Equity Partners institute.
"For several years, we have observed a very clear outperformance of companies headed by women", explains its president, Dunya Bouhacene on France 24.
