Saarbrücken (dpa / lrs) - The health authorities in Saarland registered 35 new corona infections at the beginning of the week.
The Ministry of Health also announced that the seven-day incidence nationwide is now 60.7.
That is lower than a week ago with 73.4 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days.
The district of Neunkirchen had the highest incidence with a value of 83.8.
The number of deaths in connection with the corona virus rose by three to 907 on Monday. A total of 29 552 infections have been registered across the Saarland so far.
According to the ministry, 1170 people are currently demonstrably infected with Sars-CoV-2.
122 of them are being treated in hospitals and 39 in intensive care units.
