The report emphasized the UAE's global leadership in the competitiveness of gender balance, as it ranked first in the world in the female index in parliament, according to the annual book of global competitiveness, issued by the International Institute for Administrative Development, and ranked ninth globally in leadership opportunities for women, according to the talent competitiveness index Global, issued by INSEAD International.
