　　At 3 pm, the Fourth Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress held its second plenary meeting in the Great Hall of the People to listen to the report of Li Zhanshu, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, on the work of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and the President of the Supreme People's Court Zhou Qiang's report on the work of the Supreme People's Court, and a report by Zhang Jun, chief prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, on the work of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
