, a snowboarder was seriously injured after falling from thirty meters while surfing in the Hautes-Alpes, this Saturday.

The victim, a 31-year-old Parisian, was at an altitude of 2,200 meters in the Cerces massif, on Mount Thabor.

Stripped of his shoes, the young man was climbing Mount Thalbor when he slipped off a rocky ridge shortly before 11 a.m.

The thirty-something was hospitalized in Briançon.

His vital prognosis was not engaged this Saturday evening, according to our colleagues from the regional daily.
