- I just want it to stop, says Kamal Mahiout from Oskarshamn to Plusredaktionen.

According to Kamal, it all started two years ago when he was called by a salesman from Mobile Group, who claimed to cooperate with Kamal's operator, and offered to reduce his call cost.

Kamal accepted and signed with a bank ID.

But soon he got home a computer and watch that he says he never ordered, followed by a two-year installment plan of over 13,000 kronor.

Paid out of fear

- I called the seller and said that we have not agreed on this, but it did not help.

I did not know my rights and was afraid of getting payment remarks so I paid.

A year later, the next salesman called, now from "Säkerhetshjälpen".

According to Kamal, he was now offered help with disputing the bills for the technology gadgets, but this time too he did not receive any help.

- Instead, there were new bills of over 400 kronor a month, because what do I not know.

Confusing and incorrect invoices

The bills state that he bought a service called "Security assistance support" and in 2020, repeated payment demands and threats of debt collection, the Enforcement Officer and the district court collapsed.

With the help of his neighbor, Kamal has disputed all claims, which has not been entirely easy because the invoices contained lots of errors and confusing information.

The invoices often appear to come from "Säkerhetshjälpen.se", but the e-mail address goes to another company and the organization number sometimes to a third.

According to the organization Swedish debt collection, it is against the law to print false contact information on a debt collection claim.

So far, Kamal has not received any response to his objections.

In addition to the demands from "Security Aid", Kamal has also received a fake invoice and lawsuit threat from the fictitious brand "Billpay".

Criticized CEO is linked to the mailings

Common to all payment demands that Kamal has received is that they can be linked to one and the same entrepreneur.

As CEO of Mobile Group - which later changed its name to Telefonihuset - the man already in the autumn of 2019 received a court ban issued against him, which would stop him and Telefonihuset from continuing with frivolous sales methods by phone.

Plus has sought the man who has chosen not to respond to the criticism, but when Plus examined Telefonihuset 2019, he emphasized that the company had neither intentionally nor systematically misled consumers.
