When he arrived in Kunshan, Zhang Wenshan was 28 years old. In his spare time, he took the lead in organizing the Kunshan Taiwanese Baseball and Softball League to play matches with foreign businessmen in Zhoushi Town.

　　In the second half of 2013, the school (Huacheng Meidi Primary School, Zhoushi Town, Kunshan City) invited me to be the school's baseball and softball coach. I actually thought that this was my childhood dream.

Before contacting students, I thought about my own dreams, but after meeting students, I thought more about their dreams.

　　The captain is usually a person with better awareness on the field, so what if all 9 people on the field are the captain's ability?

At the beginning of each semester, the captain and deputy captain are on duty every month.

(Also) The apprenticeship system, the sixth grade (student) should bring the fourth (grade), the second (grade), the fifth grade (student) should bring the third (grade), and the first (grade), and the teaching will be good for him to improve .

During this period, his wife also passed research and became a professional baseball and softball coach.

For 8 years, this family on both sides of the strait has volunteered to serve as the baseball and softball coach of Huacheng Meidi Primary School in Zhoushi Town, Kunshan City.

They also volunteered as the baseball and softball coaches for Zhoushizhen Junior High School and High School.

Because I am 17 years older than my wife, I think I need to have a healthy body so that I can stay with her longer.

Among them, the Hwaseong Meiti Elementary School team won the national soft baseball and softball U series championship 5-6 grade glove group championship in 2018 and 2019, and the Zhoushizhen junior high school team also won the junior high school championship in 2019.

In addition, they have also sent a number of talents to the mainland professional baseball and softball teams.

In 2019, when we were training in June, at 3:15, why the students have not come to the playground (training), they walked to the classroom, the door of the classroom was closed, and when the door opened, they prepared a lot of things and they used me. When they were away at noon, they set up the classroom, ordered a big cake, and made a photo of us two out of chocolate. They were more touched that they spent this heart.

In his view, although the mainland baseball and softball sport started late, its popularity has continued to increase in recent years, and international professional leagues and youth training have blossomed in many ways.
