In Paraguay, there was an outbreak of violence last night in the streets of Asuncion, the country's capital.
Protesters demand the resignation of President Mario Abdo, against the backdrop of the uncontrolled amplification of Covid-19 in the country.

Shops ransacked and looted, cars set on fire ... The flames lit up the night in the streets of Asuncion last night, scenes of riot where demonstrators and police clashed violently.
The shots of rubber bullets and tear gas left about twenty wounded in the ranks of the protesters.
In the viewfinder of the population, there is President Mario Abdo, whose resignation she calls for.
Its mismanagement of the
coronavirus
health crisis
is singled out ... Restaurants, bars, shops remain open, even though, for several weeks, the virus has been gaining ground in the country.
And hospitals fear they will be quickly overwhelmed.
A minister pushed towards the exit
So the street does not intend to stop there.
Especially since it has already won its case on the same day yesterday.
Julio Mazzoleni, the Minister of Health, was pushed to the exit door by the Paraguayan Senate.
The parliamentary chamber adopted a resolution to this effect.
Protesters do not see another possible scenario for their president.
While the numbers of cases of contamination continue to climb.
Yesterday, Paraguay had more than 165,000 cases of Covid-19 contamination and 3,278 deaths.
