Earlier, the plenipotentiary representative of Russia in the contact group on Donbass, Boris Gryzlov, said that Kiev provokes an escalation of the conflict in Donbass.

Also, Russia's Permanent Representative to the OSCE, Alexander Lukashevich, said that Kiev does not show political will to resolve the situation in Donbass peacefully on the basis of the Minsk Agreements.
