In St. Petersburg, a worker died as a result of a trench collapse

The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the city informs about this.

“On March 6 at 16:40 in the Petrodvortsovy district on Gostilitskaya street, house 2, a trench collapse occurred on the construction site, as a result of which a worker was filled up,” RIA Novosti quotes the message of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The worker died before the arrival of the rescuers.

In January, the death of a worker was reported as a result of the release of hydrogen sulfide at a plant in the city of Kirishi, Leningrad Region.
