Schwerin / Hamburg / Kiel (dpa) - With church services and celebrations, the North Church will remember the victims and sufferers of the corona pandemic in the coming week.
A year ago the crisis began in the north as well.
Three events are planned together with those affected, representatives from politics and various religious communities and the Catholic Church in Schwerin, Hamburg and Kiel, as the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northern Germany (Northern Church) announced on Friday.
The events on March 12th in Schwerin, March 13th in Kiel and March 14th in Hamburg are to be broadcast live on the Internet.
According to the information, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania's Prime Minister Manuela Schwesig (SPD) in Schwerin, Schleswig-Holstein's Prime Minister Daniel Günther (CDU) in Kiel and Hamburg's Mayor Carola Veit in the Hanseatic city want to participate in politics.
