05 March 2021An Argentine court has established that the five children recognized by Diego Armando Maradona will be the only heirs of the properties of the "Pibe de Oro", on which a heated judicial dispute is underway.

The resolution of the Court established that the defined heirs of the world football star are: Diego Junior, born in Italy from a relationship with Cristina Sinagra at the time he played for Naples, Dalma and Giannina, born from the marriage with Claudia Villafane, Jana, daughter of Valeria Sabalain and Diego Fernando, 8-year-old son born from the relationship with Veronica Ojeda.

Therefore the five recognized sons of Diego Armando Maradona are the only heirs in the succession of his assets.

The decision is made by the civil and commercial judge of La Plata, Luciana Tedesco Del Rivero, who recognized the paternity of Maradona for each of the children born from different love affairs over the course of her life.

However, as reported by the Argentine daily "Dimensione Financiero", the declaration of the heirs could be extended in the event that someone presents himself as the son of Maradona, which should, however, be proven at the judicial level.

With the decision of the Court of La Plata, a first phase of the affair ends and the distribution of Maradona's assets could begin, which are the cause of dispute not only between his children, but also with the lawyer Matias Morla who was administrator and lawyer of the "Diez".

A few days ago the daughters Dalma and Giannina asked the lawyer Morla to report on the contract that bound him to the former footballer, his remuneration, the type of duties he performed and how much and for what service the circle of people was paid who has lived with Maradona in recent years.

Among these people were also the lawyer's sister, Vanesa Morla, brother-in-law Christian Pomargo and others.
