J-Södra needed to restore its negative capital of -4.5 million in order to secure the elite license by 2021.

- This at the same time as a pandemic spread around the world.

With an invaluable support from members, supporters, partners and all the hard-working people within the club, we have met this challenge.

All Södraiter should be proud of the efforts that led to the capital being restored, says chairman Mats Tidstrand in a statement.

The club writes in its annual report that the men's team's third place and the lost Allsvenskan qualifier against Kalmar FF "was better than the set goal and that the year was successful as a whole".
