Inside Höganäs Borgestad's factory in central Bjuv, the atmosphere is depressed.
The employees have recently been told that the brick production will be moved to Germany and the 70s workers who have been notified of dismissal are worried about the future.
- The mood is right down, we do not know what we can expect and how many will be left, says Sven March, who is employed at Höganäs Borgestad and union representative.
Demands quick negotiations
The future is uncertain for the employees at the company.
The employees demand quick negotiations between the union and the employer so that they can be informed whether they are allowed to continue working or not.
- Together we try to speed up the negotiations so that everyone gets an answer as quickly as possible, says Sven March.
