Yesterday compared to today, the number of patients with confirmed infection at the hospital has increased by five people.
Chief physician Lena Sunnermalm makes the assessment that the third wave is now here.
"We are seeing an increase in patients who need to be admitted," she writes in an email to SVT.
Spread of infection among younger people
She further writes that right now there is a greater spread of infection "in the slightly younger age groups".
