Frankfurt (dpa) - After the arrest of a Bundeswehr soldier from the Hochtaunus district who is said to have hoarded weapons and expressed himself in a right-wing extremist manner, the investigation continues.

"We are investigating in very different areas," said a spokeswoman for the State Criminal Police Office in Wiesbaden on Tuesday.

Data carriers would have to be evaluated and witnesses heard.

Special forces from the Hessian police arrested the 21-year-old at the weekend and seized weapons and ammunition.

A relative of the man, a 63-year-old, was arrested, and a third suspect at the age of 20 turned himself in to the police.

It is said to be the father and brother of the 21-year-old.

Arrest warrants were issued against all three men from Glashütten.

You should now be heard as part of the investigation, it said at the LKA.

During the search of private and business premises, extensive evidence, including live firearms, various ammunition, explosives, as well as documents and data carriers, was found and secured.
