According to the relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, since 2018, the theme practice activity of "Beautiful China, I am the actor" has been deployed nationwide for three years, advocating the practice of all sectors of society and the public, from choosing simple, moderate, green and low-carbon Start a lifestyle and participate in the construction of a beautiful China.
Since the launch of the event, the channels for public participation in environmental protection have continued to expand, the society's enthusiasm for building a beautiful China has increased significantly, and the overall pattern of ecological civilization propaganda has taken shape.
According to reports, the "Action Plan" puts forward key task arrangements from six aspects including strengthening ecological civilization education and promoting the participation of all sectors of society. It has planned 10 thematic actions such as research activities, voluntary service actions, and brand building actions, and strives to promote the formation of people. People care about, support, and participate in the work situation of ecological environment protection.
The Action Plan clarifies that we will promote ecological civilization school education, incorporate ecological civilization education into the national education system, improve the construction of ecological environmental protection disciplines, increase the training of high-level talents for ecological environmental protection, and actively promote the construction of laws and regulations for ecological civilization education.
At the same time, strengthen the social education of ecological civilization, strengthen the publicity and education of ecological environment laws, promote the education of ecological civilization into families, communities, factories, offices, and rural areas, and enhance the awareness of ecological civilization and environmental science literacy of all kinds of people.
The "Action Plan" also clarified the tasks of promoting the participation of all sectors of society in four aspects: the role of party and government agencies, the role of enterprises, the role of people's organizations, and the role of social organizations.
It is reported that the six departments will regularly supervise and evaluate the implementation of the Action Plan, summarize typical experiences, promote mature models, and provide model demonstrations and value guidance for all sectors of society to participate in the construction of ecological civilization.
