The linkage mechanism "actively explores the establishment of an ecological protection court on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River", and "helps the coordinated opening of Chongqing and Sichuan Free Trade Pilot Zones" and "helps the establishment of international commercial arbitration, mediation, certification, and appraisal authorities."
Li Yongli, president of the Chongqing Higher People's Court, said that the "Opinion" is a road map for the people's court to sing the "Tale of Two Cities" for regional judicial cooperation.
It will realize inter-city communication between two cities in three aspects: litigation service, execution linkage, and online litigation, and promote the realization of the "same-city effect of judicial public services."
Wang Shujiang, President of the Sichuan Higher People’s Court, said that it will be guided by the coordination mechanism, with the acceleration of the construction of the Tianfu Central Legal Affairs District as the starting point, and the joint construction of the adjudication system as the support.
