Coburg (dpa / lby) - The Coburg public prosecutor's office has obtained an arrest warrant against three alleged members of a fraudulent gang.

The men are suspected of running a construction and service company in the Coburg area without registering a business and not having paid numerous bills for tools and other work materials, as the police and public prosecutor announced on Monday.

The suspects are said to have made sure that the invoices were sent to people who had nothing to do with the orders.

The investigators put the damage at around 140,000 euros.

A total of five men are being investigated, three of whom are now in custody.
